About enough 08/09/2007

Finally, she'd found him. Sebille had had about enough of everything that was going on and needed to be close to someone.

Null had dissappeared for days without a word like he sometimes did, and Loupe
was away.
She'd finally heard that he was back and had gone looking for him.

She didn't want to show any weaknesses to anyone, Fenrir she could bear but others... no. But right now she didn't feel like she had a choice.

She walked towards him, a million things on her mind.

" ..."

As usual, he never paid a glance to her. She knew he didn't need to but it'd be nice to get eye contact or even a reaction sometime.

She really didn't want to bother him with this. He wouldn't know how to react and that'd be putting him in an awkward position. She wasn't sure how he'd handle it.

Still... no reaction, as usual.

" ...I'm sorry."

Finally, he looked at her.

"I didn't want to put you into this position but I just..."

"I can't... keep doing this anymore."

" ...This?"

He seemed confused. Great, it came out all wrong again.

She couldn't hold it in anymore. All the anxiety, frustration, stress...

"My work's killing me" She was practically sobbing.
"I'm sorry, I didn't want to do this... in front of you.."

She really didn't. Showing any weakness to this man... who knew what he thought of it. He wouldn't want someone who's all clingy, emotional and... above all: weak.

"It's just gets... there's just... too much sometimes."

To her surprise he brought his hand to the back of her head.

"They expect too much and nothing's enough for them..."

Crying like this and complaining so wasn't her but she did need to let it out sometimes. Nobody could take that constant critique she was given and stay sane.

She just couldn't stay strong all the time.

Null was so patient... Nothing ever phased him. Kind of like Fenrir, actually... but still so very different.

And it seemed like he wasn't completely lost at her reaction, either.

He was always calm. It made her calm down a little as well.

" I'm sorry... I'd normally go to Fen but I have no idea where he is right now and---"

She sighed.

"I don't like being like this..."

Atill calm as ever. He'd never change, would he.

It made her smile a little.

She didn't want to bother everyone all the time.
She needed to be back to her normal self soon... and she would be now.
