<\/p>\nFinally I can introduce Emiko! \u30fd(\uff1b\u25bd\uff1b)\u30ce \u2665 The weather was better today and I was feeling like I could try my hand at another DD face up, so I was able to paint her~ It didn’t turn out as nicely as I had hoped… I always struggle with symmetry. The left side of the face turns up much better than the right one, always. \u30fd(\uffe3\u0434\uffe3;)\u30ce I wonder if it’s got something to do with the fact that I’m right handed? Probably… I struggled a long time with her eyelashes especially, but eventually I just decided to let it go. It’s hard to give up when you’re a perfectionist, haha! But I guess hand-painting a doll perfectly symmetrical is a difficult task to even the more experiences customisers. Or at least I’ll want to believe that to keep my self-esteem up, lol! (;\u00b4\u2200\uff40)<\/p>\n
Anyway, even if the face up didn’t turn out quite as nicely as I’d hoped, she still looks cute~ (\uff61\uff65\u03c9\uff65\uff61) I wanted her to have sharper shape to her eyes compared to her younger sister… and also to make her look a bit older. I think I succeeded in that but I don’t know if that’s how it looks like to others, lol!\uff08\u3000\u00b4\u2200\uff40\uff09<\/p>\n

But yeah, Emi is very cheerful, sporty and out-going. So for her, I painted a more cheerful expression. ( \u00b4 \u25bd ` )\uff89 Her mouth is slightly off, I couldn’t get the right corner nicely at all and then when I did the final coating, suddenly it was much darker than the other side! (\u00ac\uff64\u00ac) Gaahhh.
