My newest neemo arrived this morning! (\u00b4\u2200`) It’s been a while since the last one, luckily there were a couple of releases in between that weren’t must haves, phew! But now I’ve got plenty on my wishlist again, uh-oh… But yeah, moving along with the post (it’s getting late, ahah)! (\uff65\u2200\uff65\uff1b)<\/p>\n

Sera was one of the pureneemo characters that I didn’t have yet, as I hadn’t really found one that would call out to me… so I’ve been waiting for the perfect Sera to come along. ( \u2022\u03c9\u2022 ) Some months ago when Ringo-san<\/a> tweeted that Sera would be the next one in the Otogi no Kuni series and the release would be titled \u8d64\u6bdb\u306e\u5c11\u5973 “red-haired maiden”, I thought that maaaybe this will be the Sera for me. (\u0e51\u2022\u0300\u3142\u2022\u0301)\u0648\u2727 Because I’d been wanting a ginger-haired neemo and then I thought that what would make this release even more perfect, would be if she had the frowny expression. Because I’m all for variety and I find Sera to be really cute with the frowny mouth. (\u0e51\u00b4\u3142`\u0e51) So, I eagerly waited for photos and yeeesss – I really ended up loving this Sera of Green Gables release, the ginger hair and frowny mouth were perfect! (\u00b4\u2207\uff89\uff40*)\u30ce \u2665 And I also loved every single piece of her outfit~ The green colour is so lovely, it’s nice to see that Azone has been releasing more clothes in green and mint colours lately! \u30fe( \u2267 \u03c9\u2266 )\uff89\u201d<\/p>\n

But yeah, my Sera arrived this morning and naturally I took box opening photos:<\/p>\n

I ordered from Hobby Search, as usual~<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
No peachy packaging paper this time, but it’s okay! (\u00b4\u2200\uff40)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
Here she is! And what a pretty box~\uff08\u4eba*\u00b4\u2200\uff40\uff09\u2665<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
The yellow flower frames are really pretty~ ( \u02d8\u0348 \u1d55 \u02d8\u0348\u2661)\u02da\u0e50*\u02df \u2661<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
I was too lazy to photograph each side separately, lol… (( \u00b4\u2200`;))<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
Out of the box! Sera and her accessories~ \u30fe\uff08\u3003\uff3e\u2207\uff3e\uff09\uff89\u266a I really, really love the hat, shoes and suitcase! She’s such a perfect package~ \u2665<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
The story, I will be translating it as usual…<\/p>\n

From the bottom of a green hill where a gentle spring wind was blowing, an adorable red-haired girl climbed up, carrying a big trunk with both of her hands<\/p>\n

The girl did not like her own red hair, and she would always imagine herself having beautiful black hair and violet eyes.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

One day,
\nThe red haired girl went out to pick flowers and there were multicoloured flowers blooming.
\nInside a vase there was a black haired girl with violet eyes.<\/p>\n

It was as if the black haired girl from her imagination had sneaked out and as she looked in surprise, the black haired girl showed her a smiling face.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The red haired girl fell in love with the black haired girl at first sight, and so did the black haired girl with the adorable red haired girl.<\/p>\n

For a while the two of them ran around the field.
\nAfter playing happily, the red haired girl’s expression turned serious.<\/p>\n

“Could you promise to be friends with me forever?”<\/p>\n

The black haired girl nodded silently.
\nWithin the vase, the two of them made a promise while holding hands.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

That promise was never broken and the two of them lived happily ever after.<\/p>\n

The whole vase thing confused me for a while ’cause it was so sudden, I don’t know the original “Anna of Green Gables” story and if it has something to do with a girl in a flower vase or not, but… yeah. Hopefully it’s not an error in my translation, but I can’t figure out what else it would be. (\uff65\u2200\uff65\uff1b) I’m so darn confused by this story for real… maybe it’s too late for me to be reading in Japanese, lol!\uff08\u3000\u00b4\u2200\uff40\uff09Anyway, this gives some sort of an idea of what it says, at least…<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I took quick snapshots of Sera in her fullset look before undressing her. So cute~! (\u4eba\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*)\u2661 But my plans for her character are a bit different…<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
That frowny expression is so cute!! She’s such a tsundere, lol~ \u30fe(o\u2267\u2200\u2266o)\uff89\uff9e \u2665<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
I photographed the outfit since I undressed the doll. The underdress is sooo cute, although sadly it had gotten wrinkled in the box (as had the apron). ( \u00b4\u25b3\uff40) I ironed it a bit, but sadly my iron is quite clumsy, I’d need to buy a miniature one to be able to iron small clothes like this properly…<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
The suitcase has really lovely details! (\uff61\u2019\u25bd\u2019\uff61)\u2661<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
There’s a pocket inside. I was hoping it would also have straps like Summer Melody Sahra’s suitcase<\/a>, but sadly it didn’t… ~( \u00b4\u2022\ufe35\u2022` )~ Well, at least it had the pocket!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
I decided to put the outfit on Nanase, she looks so cute wearing it! (\u2661 >\u03c9< \u2661) Chiika of Green Gables, haha~<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
And Kotori got the underdress. \u2665 The minute I saw it, I thought that it’s perfectly her style! She looks really sweet in it~ (*\u00b4 \u02d8 `*).\uff61oO ( \u2661 )<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
And then I spent a loooong time trying to come up with an outfit that wouldn’t be too out of character for the newcomer. (;\u00b4\u2200\uff40) I have too girly clothes for my neemos, only a few pieces suit her! I need more basic shirts, tops and shorts…<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We have a very grumpy missy here. She doesn’t like ruffles, uh-oh… \u03a3(\u00b4\uff9f\u03c9\uff9f\uff40 )<\/figcaption><\/figure>

\nAnd that concludes the photospam for now… I’ll have to take some better photos when I have the time. \u2665\uff5e(\u2018\u25bd^\u4eba) I decided to name her Hibana, written \u706b\u82b1. It’s literally “fire” and “flower” and the meaning is “spark”. Hiba here is a spunky tomboy and I thought that the name would suit her well – and it also serves as a small reference to her ginger hair. I’ve been thinking that she’s a very outdoorsy person, she loves to play outside all day along. And she’s not afraid of getting muddy either, she’s always climbing trees and crawling under bushes and such, ahah! She often comes home all dirty & hair messy and sometimes with cuts and bruises. \u30fe(\uff65\u03c9\uff65`\uff1b))\uff89 Hiba’s mom has her hands full with her, lol… <\/p>\n

But yeah, I’m very happy to have this girl at home! \u2665 She’s just as lovely as I thought that she’d be~ Well, I had to trim her bangs a bit, but other than that she’s perfect!
