A couple was walking towards the house.

And Hati was hoping nobody would be close by to see them. He was still a bit of a secret.

She noticed something and wondered how come she didn't pay attention to it earlier.

"Hmm? What's happened here?"

His nails were black.

"Since when do you wear nailpolish?"

He hesitated a little before speaking up; "Errh, that... it was a bet. A stupid thing, really."

"It's coming off the minute I get to buy that remover stuff... didn't realize to do it when I bought the polish." Then he mumbled, "Got some really odd looks when I was buying even that..."

Hati laughed, "Men."

"But hey..." he grabbed her arm, "When are you gonna let me meet your friends, and your bros? You always talk about them but I never see them." And there was something he'd been wondering about for a little while; "Do they even know I exist?"

"Oh, you know..." she spoke mysteriously.

" ...I do?"

The pause was more dramatic than she'd intented.

"I'm not sure I want you to meet them... yet."

"I want to keep you all to myself a little longer..."

In reality, she would like to introduce him to Sebille at least, but her friend wasn't in the best place with Null right now, so she didn't want to rub her shiny new boyfriend in her face.

"Is that so...?"
